The American Prize Celebrates Excellence in the Arts

It’s a time when we need to remember and honor the Excellence of America at all levels and strive to elevate ourselves and others in all ways. The American Prize is just doing that with a series of non-profit awards for all levels of the arts. –By Brian Hurlburt, Host and Founder, Magnifying Excellence Podcast.

The American Prize is a series of new, non-profit national competitions in the performing arts providing cash awards, professional adjudication and regional, national and international recognition for the best recorded performances by ensembles and individuals each year in the United States at the professional, college/university, church, community and secondary school levels.

Semi-finalists for the 2021 awards have been announced. The complete list of semi-finalists are here.

Among the 2020 winners was Bob Jones University for The American Prize in Musical Theater Performance under director Dr. Darren P. Lawson for Titanic.
